Match facts and statistics may reference third-party sources (e.g., “semafor.hns.family”). We do not guarantee accuracy or availability and may change or remove content at any time.

Premium features may be offered via third-party processors (e.g., PayMeGPT). Billing is handled by those providers under their own terms. Giveaways/contests will state specific rules per campaign.
We (or our licensors) own the Service, prompts, quiz banks, UI copy, and original assets. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for non-commercial purposes. Do not use club trademarks or logos; our project uses its own branding.
If you submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the 3 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Service.
We may update these Terms by posting a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Courts in Split, Croatia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
