What we collect
- Contact data (e.g., email) when you submit forms or subscribe.
- Usage data (device, pages, referring URL, timestamps, language).
- Chat interactions (messages you send to the agent) for providing the service and improving quality.
- Cookies and similar tech for analytics, preferences and security.
- Payment/checkout metadata if you purchase via a third-party (actual card data stays with the processor).
Why we process (legal bases)
- To provide the Service and features you request (contract Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To run analytics, prevent abuse, and improve the Service (legitimate interests Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To send you optional updates/marketing (consent Art. 6(1)(a)) — you can withdraw anytime.
- To meet legal obligations (legal obligation Art. 6(1)(c)).
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Message logs and analytics are routinely rotated and/or anonymized. You can request deletion at any time (see Rights).
Sharing (processors)
We use trusted providers to operate the Service, for example:
- Hosting/CDN/WAF (e.g., Cloudflare / AWS / Vercel).
- Lead & payment forms (e.g., PayMeGPT for embedded forms and subscriptions).
- Analytics (privacy-respecting analytics or equivalent).
Processors act under contracts and only as instructed by us.
International transfers
If data leaves the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, key rotation). No system is 100% secure.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (including to profiling based on legitimate interests). If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time.
How to exercise
Email guy@pgx-consulting.com. We may ask to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local authority.
Children
The Service is for users 16+. If you believe a minor used the Service, contact us to delete data.
Changes
We’ll post updates here with a new date. If changes are material, we’ll notify you where possible.
